What data is tracked?
We import first-round results from NZ show jumping competitions, tracking SJ faults, time faults, placings, and clear rounds for every horse and rider combination.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the pricing page or your Billing page. Stripe handles proration automatically.
Is the Base plan really free?
Yes — the Base plan is completely free, forever. You just need to create an account and activate it. No credit card required.
Are annual plans billed upfront?
Yes. Annual plans are billed as a single payment covering 12 months, at a discounted rate vs monthly.
How do I cancel?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
